GENERAL MANAGER – COUNTRY PUB
Ready for your next challenge?
We’re looking for an experienced Pub Manager, an ambitious
Assistant or Deputy Manager ready to step up, or a
Management Couple to take on an established country and
community pub in Central Bedfordshire.
With a refurbishment imminent, this is a great opportunity to put your own
stamp on a pub with real potential.
Predominantly wet led, with freshly cooked food and an outdoor area ready
to be developed, we’re looking for someone who can grow the business,
lead a team and create plenty of reasons for customers to keep coming back.
From great everyday hospitality to quiz nights, events and busy weekends,
this is a pub with plenty of opportunity for the right person or couple.
What we’re looking for
- Strong pub or hospitality experience
- Commercially minded and hands on
- Great with people, standards and numbers
- Ideas, energy and the ability to make them happen
- Individual managers or management couples considered
